Having a few problems with Rats in the roof space and under the house. I used traps (with peanut butter) in the roof and caught 3 within a week. All went quiet for a while until I noticed the scurrying and gnawing returned and found our food cupboard had been raided. That was enough, so I called Jack from The Pest Company and he was straight on the job with an assessment and a plan of action. Within an hour he had scanned our semi detached bungalow and next door too, laid traps and gave advice. Jack said he would return in two weeks. For those two weeks we didn't hear anything and found he had caught a large rat when he returned. Jack came back again (after another 2 weeks) and I gave him the good news that it was still quiet and the traps were clean. A five Star rating for the excellent and professional service Jack provided. He gave us 3 timed appointments and was here bang on time every time and was always available when calling for advice. Having spotted pigeons showing an interest in gathering under our recently-installed solar panels, I explored the internet to find local companies with experience in fitting exclusion netting, and also to compare prices. I approached The Pest Company because of the level of information available on their website, in particular their knowledge and training with regard to the legal and humane aspects of bird nest removal. Whilst other quotes were cheaper, the level of information on the website gave me confidence in making the choice. Jack was quick in responding to my initial request for a quote, and he answered my queries quickly, which was reassuring. We arranged a date for the fitting of bird wiring around our solar panels and he arrived on time. Jack and his colleague Liam were friendly and cheerful. We were impressed by their approach to health and safety whilst at work. The installation was fitted within the quoted timescale and it is unobtrusive to look at. The only disappointed ones around were the pigeons. I would recommend Jack and Liam for their speedy response to potential customers and their cheerful, professional approach. Good job done. Thanks!
