What do You charge?

In most instances, we can provide a quote for our services over the phone. For certain pests, we may need to carry out an initial survey to gauge the extent of the infestation. For commercial clients, prices are usually given following a site survey to determine the exact nature of the problem.

Our charges vary from pest to pest, Whether that be mice control, pigeon removal or wasps removal – each pest service can require a different level of service.

Are you qualified to deal with pests?

Yes. It’s extremely important to us as a pest control company that all our technical staff hold the required industry standard qualifications. We ensure all technicians either currently hold or are actively working towards their RSPH level 2 award in Pest Management. 

 We are also proud full members of the BPCA (British Pest Control Association), the governing organisation in the industry.

What hours do you work?

How long do treatments last?

The length of our treatments vary from job to job. This is depending of the size of the infestation and the kind of pest we are treating. With our services ranging from rat and mouse removal, insect control to bird control, each treatment varies depending on the scale of the problem.

Are your vans unmarked?

Yes all of our vans are unmarked. We appreciated that a pest problem can often be distressing, and so will attend with as discretion as possible.  

How soon can you attend after I call you?

We will endeavour to visit you as soon as possible. We understand pest problems are a high priority and often need solving quickly. 

Like any business, our availability can fluctuate throughout the year depending on demand for our pest control services but we will always do our best to attend as soon as possible for you.

Do you use humane methods?

Yes – we use the most humane methods possible to achieve the desired result. We look to use a holistic range of methods that include:  hygiene recommendations, trapping, proofing and exclusion, rodenticide/pesticides, live catch traps and non-toxic monitoring. We find this integrated approach gives the best results, while still remaining humane and safe for none target animals, pets and children.
